About Cassi
Breathe Deeper Yoga uses Eastern healing practices for the western lifestyle. Specializing in empowering individuals to uncover their own strengths and overcome stress and anxiety, mindfulness and yoga are catered to each individuals needs and interests.
Having studies and shared yoga all over the world, i am classically trained in yoga and Zen Buddhism, which pairs seemlessly for my passion for psychology and physiology.
After battling years of extensive sports injury, yoga offered ways for me to stay active without pain or injury. I began sharing yoga when i realized its power in helping me overcome insomnia, depression and all the crippling ailments of stress. Yoga has trasformed my life physically, emotionally and spiritually.
