Join me. Ditch the diet
(concealed information)
I'm passionate about changing our society's stigma about dieting and food culture. I believe anyone can be healthy on any budget. We all just need a little help!
I began my health journey from a dark place of being very sick and very overweight. In one year I lost 40 lbs and changed my relationship with food. Now it is my quest to help others do the same with simple, successful life changes.
