Initial assessment
Create a plan that works for their schedule, health needs and body type.
I have worked with all types of students ranging in age from 10 years old to 75 years old.
Make sure that you find someone that has a sense of their own self and understands what its like to need assistance from others. You want someone that is humble and that is caring, filled with empathy.
My client that is 75 years old stated that the pain that she felt in her arm is no longer their and she has cancer.
I have also had clients thank me for helping them to have a better since on life and how to Navigate it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should no what exactly they are looking for and not allow someone else to identify it for them so that the teacher can serve them in an appropriate manner.

The clarity she provided in guiding us through the process.
I was able to release tension in tight areas...calm during yoga. 💖🎉🌹😇
Working with Heart4yoga was relaxing for my mind and body❤
I enjoyed the chair yoga and the outline of the day. If you couldn’t participate in all the sessions you had options.
How attentive the instructor was to her students. She was very careful to pupils did not hurt themselves. The calmess of her instructions made for a worthwhile experience.
Heart4Yoga has helped me build physical and emotional resiliency throughout 2020!
I've been able to attend several classes, some with a group and some one-on-one lessons!
I would recommend Tamu to teach or facilitate yoga classes and events with any organization, business, or person hoping to heal and make time for their self-care!Tamu is an excellent instructor. She does a wonderful job explaining the poses and supports her students, encouraging them to move at their own pace.
