About Aniko
With my energetic, sunny and kind cancer personality I am passionate about serving others and accommodate every situation knowing I did my very best. This is what served me very well in my previous professional and relationships. Spirituality and Yoga came into my life 5 years ago and my personal practice and teaching is influenced by different styles of yoga. I am fascinated by the human body and how it works. With a light sense of humour I aim to guide each individuals through their yoga practices to get in touch with their bodies, find what feels good, to evoke the best version of themself, cultivating balance between effort and ease and have fun doing so.
I love to share my passion about movement in general, finding a way what works for my clients and seeing that the freedom what they can create in their body and mind with their dedication and hard work, will generate real self-love, self confidence.
