I am a college graduate with a B.A in English, where my concentration was composition and rhetoric (theory and practice of teaching writing). I have years of experience in tutoring and mentoring students, including tutoring athletes at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Let's start with you. You have certain goals you want to achieve, and you are looking for someone to help you reach those goals. I base our sessions on what you want to get out of them. I use a conversational method of tutoring because I believe talking is a huge part of the writing process. I'll ask leading questions and use brainstorming tools to spark thinking and enhance understanding of concepts.

Rates are $16.00 per hour, in-person or online. The first lesson is free!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done at least 8 hours in advance, via email, text message, phone call or voicemail. No-call no-shows will be charged the full amount of the tutoring session.
