I'm Mark, a yoga instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience and advanced 800-hour Jivamukti training.
My background includes traditional yoga studies in Rishikesh and Kerala, India, studio management, teacher training, and serving as a lululemon ambassador.
I've taught thousands of students, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, including leading community classes with over 500 participants.
My approach is knowledgeable, approachable, and rooted in traditional yoga while embracing modern practices.
Above all, I genuinely enjoy helping students discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
