About Kaleigh

Hi, I’m Kaleigh Kabatoff, a Therapeutic Recreation student at Dalhousie University with a strong passion for education, communication, and helping others succeed. I have several years of experience working with children and youth through teaching, lifeguarding, and recreation programs, which has taught me how to connect with learners of all ages and make lessons engaging and supportive. I’m a patient, organized, and encouraging tutor who truly enjoys helping students reach their goals. My background in recreation and health has given me a unique understanding of how people learn differently, and I always strive to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident to ask questions and grow at their own pace. About the lesson

Hi, I’m Kaleigh, and my English lessons focus on building confidence, understanding, and a genuine enjoyment of learning. I believe that when students feel supported and engaged, they do their best work, so my sessions are relaxed, interactive, and personalized to each learner’s goals.

My teaching approach combines structure and creativity. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance to help students strengthen their grammar, writing, and speaking skills.
