About Hidayat
Hello! I am a passionate, senior chemistry educator and certified teacher developer with over 15 years of rich experience shaping young minds in top-tier national and international schools. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to making chemistry accessible, logical, and deeply engaging for secondary high school students.
My journey in education goes beyond the traditional classroom. As an international school faculty member and a certified Teacher Trainer (by the Royal Society of Chemistry), I have had the privilege of conducting over 60 professional workshops across India, training more than 2,000 science teachers in modern pedagogy. This background gives me a unique advantage: I don't just know what to teach; I know exactly how to deliver concepts so they click for different types of learners.
I specialize in guiding students through high-stakes transitions, from building rock-solid foundations in Grades 8 and 9 to delivering peak academic performance in Grade 10 and 12 Board Exams (ICSE, CBSE, IB, and Cambridge).
I believe that a student's fear of chemistry usually comes from passive memorization. My mission is to replace that fear with curiosity and confidence. By blending deep conceptual clarity with modern digital teaching tools—including interactive visual whiteboards and real-time concept challenges, I ensure that online learning feels just as personal, high-touch, and rigorous as physical coaching.
When I am not coaching students or training teachers, you will usually find me exploring the intersection of science and sports performance, or designing digital educational content to make chemistry fun for the next generation of digital-native learners.
