I am a Chemistry tutor with over 10 years of experience and a BSc in Polymer Chemistry. My work in analytical and environmental chemistry has shaped the way I teach, especially when it comes to real-world applications. I regularly use chromatographic techniques like Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to explain how pollutants are detected, separated, and monitored. These tools help students see how chemistry uncovers invisible contaminants in air, water, and soil.
I have a deep passion for teaching sampling methods because good data begins with good samples. Separation principles are another area I break down with clarity, showing students how molecules behave under different conditions. I also focus on detection limits and why they matter in environmental monitoring. Interpreting environmental data is something I guide my students through carefully, helping them move from raw numbers to meaningful conclusions.
