About Muneeb
Welcome! I'm Dr. Muneeb Ul Hassan, an Associate Lecturer in Cybersecurity at Deakin University, Australia, and a seasoned educator with a passion for Computer Science and Cybersecurity. With a Ph.D. in Security & Privacy from Swinburne University of Technology and a distinguished record of research and teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to my students.
I am honored to have received the IEEE TCSC 2022 Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing and several Top Peer Reviewer Awards from Clarivate - Web of Science. My research has been published in top-tier journals, and I have taught and mentored students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, consistently aiming to foster a deep understanding and love for the subject.
My teaching approach is interactive, hands-on, and tailored to meet individual needs. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, tackle challenges, and develop critical thinking skills.
