I am an expert Maths, Physical Sciences and Chemistry educator with 14 years of professional tutoring and academic leadership experience. I begin by assessing each learner’s foundation knowledge, engagement levels, learning style, time management, and approach to problem-solving. Because every learner is unique, I tailor each lesson to suit their individual personality and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I teach by breaking complex concepts into simple, logical ideas, then clearly explaining their purpose within the subject. This helps learners understand why they are learning something, which significantly improves comprehension and retention. As these are “doing” subjects, lessons are highly interactive: learners actively attempt questions during sessions, explain their thinking aloud, and are guided toward independent, confident problem-solving.
Lessons typically run for an hour and a half, and are suitable for upper primary, high school, and senior-level learners seeking confidence, clarity, and strong academic results.
