About Rosie
With 4 years of tutoring experience and over 150 students taught, I am passionate about helping high school and college students succeed in SAT prep. My journey as a tutor has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m dedicated to making learning engaging and impactful. I focus on building confidence, improving test-taking skills, and providing personalized strategies for each student. Over the years, I’ve celebrated many milestones, including helping students achieve significant score improvements and gain acceptance to their dream schools. In SAT prep, I focus on building a strong foundation through clear communication and tailored instruction. I believe in creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling challenges. **Patience** is at the core of my approach, as I understand that preparing for the SAT can be stressful. I take the time to explain concepts thoroughly and ensure students are confident before moving on.
I adapt my teaching techniques to each student's unique **learning style**. Whether they are visual learners, auditory learners, or hands-on learners, I use a variety of methods, including practice tests, interactive exercises, and clear explanations, to help them understand complex material. I also focus on **time management** and **test-taking strategies**, helping students to perform well under pressure.
My goal is to not only prepare students for the SAT but also to build their confidence, ensuring they are well-equipped for future academic challenges. I also offer help in other relevant subjects to support students in all aspects of their education.
