I'm passionate about food and conviviality at the table. In Italy, I organized food and beverage events and had the opportunity to meet some of Italy's top Michelin-starred chefs. I have almost 10 years of experience in hospitality and cooking, and I love teaching Italian tradition.

About the lesson

I want you to feel at home, create a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, with a glass of wine or Aperol Spritz and share the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine. I'm an extra virgin olive oil sommelier so if you want we can also include a short lesson on oil and how to taste it!
