About Dong
I have a Master's Degree in Information Technology and started my career 20 years ago with the last five years spent as an executive within the Federal Government of Canada. I’ve had multiple personal coaches and mentors throughout my career and I have a passion for helping people to grow and become future leaders.
Over the last 5 years, I've helped multiple employees who worked for me get promotions into manager roles and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing people reach and surpass their potential.

For career and leadership coaching, my lessons will be tailored according to each student's personalities, strengths and weaknesses. For interview coaching, my lessons will be tailored around having you practice your pitch using the STAR+L model.
I understand how expensive these lessons are and my goal is not to take on regular students. During the first lesson, I will give you an overview and help you find resources by yourself so that you won`t need additional lessons. In the event, you do wish to take further lessons with me, then I will show you in more details Key Leadership Competencies and Character Based Leadership.
