About Johanna
I have a Master's in Neuroscience, which gives me an understanding of how the brain works. I’m also a certified health and wellbeing coach. I’ve worked with individuals to tackle many challenges that they’ve faced, from lack of energy and eating poorly to stress management and learning relaxation techniques like breathing. Along the way, I’ve navigated my own journey with burnout, ADHD, chronic pain, long covid and trying to find my own way back to myself. I bring both personal insight and professional knowledge to my coaching work. My approach blends science and curiosity, supporting you to create simple, sustainable changes that truly fit your life. I am really curious and love constantly learning new things, not just from books and courses, but also from the individuals I work with. This ongoing learning helps me grow and adapt my approach, making sure it’s always relevant and personalised to you to support you in building changes and healthy habits. And I don’t mean ‘do these 5 things and then you’ll have lots of energy.’ No! Those things don’t last, as often they are not built with you as an individual in mind. You are your own person, and everyone needs personalised routines! This is what we work on together.

Here's what you can expect in our sessions: HOW I TEACH The sessions are always personalised to your goals and to you as a person. We’ll start the session with a conversation to understand where you are at, what you’ve tried so far and what you want to achieve. Then, depending on that, we might use coaching tools and I’ll share my screen or we’ll talk through the challenges that you are facing. You’ll always leave with an action step to take to get closer to your goals. We ensure that these action steps are doable and actually fit your life. SESSION LENGTH The sessions are typically 1 hour long, allowing us sufficient time to work through the goals and coaching tools to move you forward. WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR? These sessions are for adults of all ages who want to improve their well-being.
