About Carlos
I have been an instructor and practitioner of Wing chun Kuen for several years now, I have practiced different styles and I have fallen in love with this system since you not only learn about yourself, but about aspects of life in general.
In the case of kali eskrima I have practiced different styles such as doce pares or lameco. Kali classes are given with some concepts of Wing Chun, since in practice they are martial arts that complement each other very well. It is practiced with empty hand, sticks, training knife, training machete.

Wing chun is a forceful system, in which one learns to develop muscle memory, relaxation, firmness, knowledge about the body, weight, position, distance. It is not necessary to have a good physical condition, this art adapts to each person and helps to understand their strengths.
