About Francesca
I have always found joy in helping students learn, even when I was just a Year 11 student who voluntarily held group sessions to the Year 7s in my school! My goal with 1:1 tutoring is to provide the extra support to those who feel like they don't receive enough in school. Whether it's feeling behind in class or behind in ability, I don't judge because each person learns differently and at different rates so no one should ever feel ashamed for not achieving at other people's standards. So no matter what the goal is, I am here to help you grow in your learning abilities and confidence in yourself.

On top of my years of tutoring both in a center and privately, I have experience as a learning support teacher and volunteering in a range of schools. Additionally, I worked with a study-skills company where I ran workshops to teach healthy and efficient study habits. My range of students that I have taught include: - HSC English Advanced and Standard students - English as an additional language/dialect (EAL/D) students - Students who struggle with reading/writing - Kindergarten to Year 10 Math - Students preparing for opportunity classes (OC) - Students preparing for the Selective Test (Writing and Reading only) As my students have all varied in ages and learning needs, my approach to 1:1 tutoring is very student-focused. This means that I cater to each individual student according to their learning goals and learning styles. I like to keep the work relevant to both their school work and outside world so that they are more engaged with what they are learning and promote real-life skills. Based in Penrith, Western Sydney and am willing to travel up to 30 minutes. If unsure, give me a message!
