About Fintan
Having started learning French aged 12 at secondary school, I am fully aware of the challenges students face learning the langauge, particularly in the Britisbh education system. I am also fully aware of the benefits and how incredibly rewarding it can be to feel able to express yourself in a foreign langauge, and I hope I can help more people reach their goals in this regard.
My journey in learning French has provided me with a host of exciting opportunites, which I firmly beleive more people shoulde able to experience.

I aim to tailor lessons to the needs and learning style of the student, so some consultation may be required.
I aim to reuse and rework methods of teaching that I personally have found most useful, having developped my French ability without any familial or otherwise connection to the language to C2-level fluency. My passion and interest for the language has afforded me many great opportunities, and I look forward to be able to share this passion with others who want to improve in French.
My experience to-date has been with first-year university students, helping them with difficult grammatical concepts and oral fluency.
Lesson length will depend on the needs and availability of the student.
