About Nikita
I believe that education is not only important for getting a job or having a successful career but basically everything depends on it. Apart from knowledge of different subjects, education provides you means to become a better person and a way to live your life. Coming to my specialisation, History, a subject that is beyond just facts and dates. I see history as a discipline where you get to know about events that took place before us, but importantly how they affect us now. What, why, and how are some of the necessary questions that I seek and I tend to teach in a way where I answer them. In today's world when people get tired and hopeless they look at the past and their rich traditions just like we Indians hold onto ours own. But do everyone know what history actually is and what it contains? I teach history with factual evidences and resources and try to imply history into out present.

Hi, I'm nikita. I was a well achieving student myself in school and now in college as well. I always try to help others with academics. That's when I realized that I like teaching and carry the skill set for the same. I'm patient and try to understand the problems someone's facing. So i started giving tuitions to a few students pre-covid. I try to come up with creative methods for teaching and make myself easy to understand. I speak both Hindi and English fluently. I look deep into the concepts and facts and make sure that my students understand them. I ask my students to read a little at home beforehand and then discuss it in class for better interaction as well as I tend to revise everything before moving to the next topic. At the same time, I understand that some students are shy and feel uncomfortable during discussions and I don't like to push them harshly rather I encourage them until gradually they want to participate themselves. I believe my method is very helpful for school students for an overall comprehension without feeling it like a burden.
