About Amwene
A final year Law student at the University of Bristol and self-confessed History geek, I am fascinated by the past and how it impacts the present. Having also taken History at GCSE and A level and written two historical fiction short stories, I am keen to help those taking the subject do well in their exams and hopefully grow to like the subject a bit more.

My lessons will be structured like a conversation with minimal lecturing. They’ll focus on taking apart the different elements of the topic and then bringing them together to improve your understanding. They’ll also include talking through, making plans for and drafting answers to essay questions in order to improve your exam technique.
