About Raveesh
I’m a 22-year-old final-year MBBS student who knows what it’s like to struggle with fitness — because I’ve been there myself. In my first year of college, I weighed 115 kg. Through smart training, nutrition, and discipline, I transformed to 80 kg and have maintained it ever since. I combine my medical background with real-world experience to create sustainable, science-backed fitness plans. I don’t believe in fad diets or “one-size-fits-all” routines — I teach what actually works for your body, lifestyle, and goals. Whether your aim is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply getting healthier, I’ll guide you step-by-step, making sure you understand why you’re doing each workout or following each nutrition choice.
