About Caitlin
My name is Caitlin, and I’m a final year University student. After my Undergraduate, I am hoping to start my Masters in Translation!
I started tutoring as I am so passionate about language learning, but found myself getting bored or frustrated with the modes of traditional teaching. With my years experience in Spanish, and my experience working with young people as a Swimming Teacher and Student Ambassador, I’m passionate in ensuring education, especially modern languages, is accessible and enjoyable.

Sometimes, learning a language isn’t easy. It can be hard to find the right information in a consumable way.
In your lessons, I aim to work around your specific challenges, and make them accessible and fun!
I focus not only on perfecting grammar and becoming technically perfect, I aim to understand exactly how each student wishes to use the language. After all, it is very different to learn enough spanish to order in a cafe, compared to taking a GCSE exam in it!
