About Eleanor
Hi there! My name is Eleanor, and I am in my final year of my PhD! I have a bachelor's degree in marine biology and oceanography, and a master of research in marine biology. Before going to university, my A levels included biology, geography, and environmental studies.
One of my favourite aspects of my PhD has been training and mentoring other placement and masters students who have joined my lab group over the past few years. It's something I have really enjoyed, and I take great pride in helping other students understand and feel confident working in biology! I am keen to explore teaching as a career in the future.

I am a final year PhD student in molecular biology, with a background in marine biology. I am happy to each all ages, but would prefer GCSE and A-level biology students.
Lessons will be tailored to each individual student, depending on their needs and learning style! Whether you like to learn by recall, drawing diagrams, making models out of clay, anything is possible!
Lessons will typically be 1 hour long with a short break half way through, but I am open to negotiation.
