I am George and I am a final year PhD student at the University of Sheffield studying Algebraic Geometry.
I am friendly, calm and easy going and I am here to help you study mathematics and excel in your studies!

I am passionate about mathematics and teaching and I have many years of teaching experience, delivering tutorial classes at the University of Sheffield and KCL (online). I am also a mathematics tutor at MASH offering 1-to-1 support.
I am calm and patient and always try to understand the level of my students and the support that they need to excel in their studies. As a result I change my teaching approach depending on what they need.
I believe that mathematics is an exciting subject and try to show my enthusiasm to my students. I offer personalised practice problems of varying difficulty and always try to be encouraging and illustrate difficult concepts with concrete examples.
I am teaching GCSE, A levels and university level maths. My lessons are usually 1h.
