About Petar
Academically I have been through it all - college, university and CPA designation. I know that sometimes people get lost and need the support and the direction so they can go to the next level.
Professional work experience - again , I have more than 8 years professional work experience working in the private sector and more than 2 years working in the public sector. All my work experience is accounting related, leading teams of up to 15 people, preparing financial statements, operational performance reports and all kind of budgeting and management accounting. Managing teams taught me how to share my accounting knowledge and communicate better with my direct reports and senior management.
I have lots of experience in finance as well - assessing financial risks, securitisation of loans , financing, leasing and investing.
I also know what I don't know :) ask me - if you want to know if I am competent in particular topic- I promise I will be as honest as possible and help you with your journey

I am very flexible and accommodating in my approach, I understand everyone learns differently so I am patient and trying to adapt to the pace of my students.
In my lessons, we will identify any gaps that need to be addressed right now ensuring complete understanding of the fundamentals. Then we will determine the short-to-mid term goals and look closer at your learning goals and prepare you for the future subjects
I can support business students currently taking college/university courses needing advice applying both - my professional accounting/finance expertise and helping individuals find the right way to grow in their careers and find their strengths.
I provide support for students taking CPA courses and preparation for the CFE exam as well as career coaching.
My areas of expertise are : financial reporting, management accounting , internal controls ,corporate finance and budgeting.

Perfect! Petar was a great tutor! He explained all my questions very clearly and concisely. He found ways to simplify the content so I understood it better. Petar gave me the confidence to succeed in exam!
Perfect! He is very knowledgeable in accounting, I am in my final accounting class and with a little bit of prep time he can explain JE and theory in a way that is easy for me to understand which is more than I can say for my school prof.
