I believe in one on one conversations and debates to be the most helpful in learning more about yourself. explaining your situation out loud can offer a lot of clarity to many people very quickly. My methodology is more about making you feel in control and make sure that you end up teaching yourself. (it sounds bad but i just realized that its a pretty good way to learn)
