About Sophia
As a dedicated and patient tutor, my goal is to help every student not only understand their subject but also gain confidence in their own abilities. I believe that learning works best in an encouraging and supportive environment. My teaching approach combines structure with flexibility. I begin each session by understanding the student’s goals and learning style, then adapt my lessons to meet their specific needs. I focus on simplifying complex ideas, providing real-world examples, and using interactive exercises to make learning engaging and effective.

Because I’m currently a student myself, I understand the challenges that come with grasping difficult material and balancing workloads. My lessons are ideal for middle school and high school who want extra support in math subjects such as algebra, precalculus, and statistics.
