Hey, my name is Sevi! I am currently studying Financial Mathematics at Cardiff University. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to help others achieve their goals and overcome challenges. It’s very rewarding to see students grow in confidence and understanding. The process of supporting someone’s learning journey is both fulfilling and motivating for me.

I am a dedicated tutor committed to helping students build confidence and achieve success in their exams. My approach focuses on identifying learning gaps and tailoring lessons to address them effectively. I prepare students for exams by providing clear, structured support and ensuring they feel fully equipped to tackle challenging topics. Each lesson typically lasts an hour and is carefully planned in advance to maximise our time together. During sessions, we review mistakes from homework tasks to ensure students understand where they went wrong and how to improve. I also come up with step-by-step methods that break down complex problems into manageable parts. These strategies can easily be turned into flashcards, providing students with a practical revision tool.
