About Barnaby
My name is Barnaby Turner, I am still in very many ways a student myself, studying 2D Animation at the University of Hertfordshire.
I have always been of the opinion that knowledge should not be kept secret and should in every sense be shared and spread to anyone who is willing to listen. Art in particular is incredibly hard to learn alone because of how subjective it is, and this can often lead to a big lack of confidence and block in improvement, especially when you might struggle with an individual aspect that keeps from progressing as a whole.
I've spent a very long time learning a lot of very specific skills that I've noticed people struggle with so I'd like to try and share that knowledge with anyone willing to listen.

My lessons are for anyone of any age willing to put in genuine effort to learn a new skill I can work with anyone from any level, age or background as long as you are curious and can discuss improvements openly.
Lessons can range from brief sessions where you require some critical feedback and advice on your work from which you can make the improvements yourself or longer tutorials and help sessions if you want to be actively taught new skills and spend a bit more 1-on-1 time getting to learn the material.
I have worked as both an art teacher for animation, illustration, design and perspective as well as director for amateur drama/musical theatre.
