About Inga
I’m a student at TUT University. I have been a personal trainer and gym instructor. I love art as much as I love fitness. I study fine art specializing in glass and sculpture, drawing. I’m basically from Johannesburg but I reside in Pretoria.

My teaching methods are based on understanding our body, and knowing our body types which depends on whether it’s a matter of losing weight, gaining or even maintaining. My lessons focus on food diet, discipline and most importantly a drive to strive for the best fitness and achieving your target individually.
