About James
Having worked and studied at some great universities and colleges, I have had the great experience and understanding of how to work on and develop my professional practice.
Being taught by tutors whom are working artists has provided a great insight into what the industry has to offer.
As a creative I enjoy how we can challenge and find interesting ways of thinking about discourse and the physical nature of artwork.
This experience is something that I hope I can pass onto students and artists so they can develop their professional practice.

My style of teaching focuses on a student centred approach. We will look at the 'What, how and why' within your practice so you can gain more of an understanding by simplifying your thought processes.
I specialise in contemporary artistic practice, exhibition and folio/website work, as a working artist these are important methods which I still use to this day.
If you are studying at degree level of post graduate these methods may be beneficial to your own practice as an artist.
