About Nahija
Hello, I’m Nahija, a London-based visual artist and Master’s graduate in Fine Arts.
My practice spans drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, and digital art, with a particular interest in exploring themes of memory, identity, emotion, and human connection. Alongside my studio practice, I have exhibited my work in London and continue to develop a contemporary body of work that combines technical skill with personal expression.
As a teacher, I believe art should be both accessible and meaningful. My aim is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop strong technical foundations, and discover their own creative voice.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to individual goals, interests, and experience levels. Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time, preparing for GCSE or A-Level Art, building a university portfolio, or refining your artistic practice, I will guide you step by step.
My lessons combine practical techniques with creative exploration, helping students not only improve their skills but also learn how to communicate ideas through art.
