About ShengHo
I have been teaching professionally for about 10 years, mostly in the university music school teaching assistant role, and with private individual students. I have also enjoyed teaching at music summer camps held by an orchestra that I am involved with. I’m excited to help each student reach their unique goals!

Lessons I give are for all ages. I have experience teaching college students, young kids, and even older adults. When I teach lessons, I focus first in fundamentals; holding the bow and correct gestures and posture. From there, the music will depend on student experience and preferences. I am motivated to encourage and help students move forward to reach whatever their highest violin playing goal is!
