About Isobel
I am friendly, patient and empathetic and aim to make my students feel at ease when tutoring, so they feel comfortable to ask questions, answer mine, and get the most out of the sessions! I understand English does not come as easy to some as it does to others, and know one-to-one tutoring can feel intimidating and therefore want to reassure students I am there to help them and dedicated to getting them the grade they want or make them feel more confident at the subject.

- I tailor my lessons around the student's needs, areas they feel they are weaker on/ need support. I aim to make my lessons as interesting as possible for the student as I believe improvement grows exponentially with enjoyment! - My lessons are usually 1 hour in length but I have flexibility to change their lengths around the pupil's needs. - I am currently working at a first class level for a BA (hons) English Literature degree, I achieved an A* in English Literature, an A* in Religious Studies, and an A in Spanish for A Level, and achieved 10 GCSEs from grades 9-7. - I also have 3+ months tutoring on another tutoring platform - My lessons are for any KS3, GCSE, or A Level students of any level whether aiming for a pass, or consolidating a higher level grade!
