About Sam
I am Sam Williams, an English literature graduate of Loughborough University. Having coached sport for a number of years, I have developed a passion for passing on my knowledge to others. Now, having recently completed my degree, it is time to share everything I have learnt about English so that I can help you to excel in one of the most challenging yet rich subjects on your curriculum.

Tutoring is all about you - I will ask you what you want to improve upon and then produce a personalised workshop for you to complete. Firstly, we will analyse your existing work to find the strengths and weaknesses in your current approach. Once these have been identified, I will produce work on your chosen subject and then we will work together to find the most persuasive elements of my argument. Finally, I will then challenge you to complete a task away from class - usually a 300-word paragraph - that sees you incorporate these effective writing skills into your own work.
So, whether it’s writing style, close analysis, or using scholarly material I will be able to help you understand the challenging nuances of English literature.
