About Suzannah
I am a first-class graphic design graduate from UWE, Bristol, now living in Hardwicke, Gloucester. I have experience successfully preparing a student for their 7 plus entry exams, which included tutoring them in Maths, English and both Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning. I am an avid reader, with an active imagination and curious mind; I strongly believe in the importance of cultivating an excitement for reading at a young age.

I encourage active engagement at all times and will observe how this is best achieved with each individual and flex my approach accordingly. For example, when explaining a narrative arc to a KS1 child I might ask them to create a storyline that can be applied to that arc and then act it out with puppets afterwards. This stimulates their imagination and playfulness when learning, which will ultimately lead to them retaining more information.
