About Supriya

I have a first-class history degree and hold over 25 different qualifications, including a TEFL diploma. Moreover, I am a patient, approachable, and easygoing individual. I am skilled at building trusting educational relationships, and my experience mentoring younger students in college and university has honed this ability. While my approach is relaxed, I am deeply committed to helping my students reach their goals and recognise their self-worth and potential.

About the lesson

I am an experienced teacher, adviser, researcher, and subject expert. I am available for History / English tuition at Basic, GCSE, A-Level, and degree levels in Cardiff, Pontypridd, and surrounding areas. Furthermore, I am also available for online lessons. A lot of my lessons take place at local public libraries. My teaching is interactive, fun, probing, interesting, thought-provoking and thorough. I have also worked with students who have ALN and have plenty of patience and compassion for students who need extra help. My teaching method is based on what works best for the students. With their input, I construct a tailored lesson plan. Depending on availability, I offer 1-hour lesson slots that can be booked more than once a week. My list of qualifications is extensive and varied. I hold a First Class History degree and am studying towards a PhD.

A really good tutor who is never in a rush to end the lesson. He always gives me the help that I need. If I do not understand something, he will find an easy way or examples to teach me. He has really helped me a lot with my history degree and also with my English language. I also found out that he donates his fee to charity.
