About Alexander
I graduated with first class honours from the University of St Andrews in 2018, having studied A Levels in History (A*), Geography (A*) and Classical Civilisation (A*). Professionally, I have worked as a researcher in UK politics as well as in the international development sector. I have also led a team of young volunteers on projects in NIgeria, and engaged in fieldwork in Tanzania.

I am keen to engage with students with a passion to pursue the humanities, particularly History, Classical Civilisation and Geography, to a high level. My lessons will be structured around each student's individual needs, and can focus in particular on essay-writing techniques, constructing academic arguments in both written and verbal form, developing researching skills, and analysing data.
