I have the pleasure of knowing Ailish for 2 years, we met at University and have remained good friends since then. Ailish was also my manager when we worked in a summer job in a holistic holiday retreat in Greece.

I know Ailish to be an incredibly giving and honest person who approaches every task with integrity and passion. When she undertakes a role, Ailish commits herself to it fully and always gives of her best. As a manager, she succeeded in effectively leading her team to achieve high standards and goals, whilst maintaining excellent working relationships and being approachable and empathetic.

Ailish is a very capable and competent individual who is always open to new challenges and learning new skills. She took it upon herself to independently set up Plymouth's first free walking tour to showcase the city's rich history; something which excellently depicts her drive, determination and creativity. Ailish's organisational skills are exceptional and she is well trusted and respected by everyone she works with. I have known Ailish's bosses to give her more responsibility than other workers because she is so trustworthy. For example, one of her employers entrusted her with her own keys to the establishment so that she could take care of it independently; a true sign of her trustworthiness.


Ailish is well loved and respected by all her friends and peers; she is a joy to be around and radiates positivity. I can truly give Ailish the highest recommendation, and know that any organisation who has the privilege to work with her will have gained an exceptional member.
