About Rosie
I achieved my BSc in Translation and Spanish language in 2019, during which I spent a year working in Spain, and have spent time during (and since) my degree tutoring both English language and Spanish language to students of varying ages and abilities.
After graduating until recently, I was working in a UK based role in which I traveled to Spain/communicated in Spanish in order to maintain my language skills.
As both a language teacher and a language learner myself I've been through it too, so I know what a student needs to make progress their language! In the past my classes have helped students pass exams, build confidence, communicate with their in-law's family, so if you want to learn too I can help!

Learning languages is a challenge but it should be fun! We learn languages through immersion so in my classes I try to use as much real world media and realistic role plays as possible. I'll always try to use personalised content that interests each student and activities that cater to their learning style best.
- Class length: 60 minutes (I can also provide optional activities to complete outside of the classes).
- Level: From complete beginners, up to advanced levels of Spanish. Classes can be adapted to suit your motivation to for learning (i.e. social, work, personal, or academic).
- Experience: Previously I have taught English from 2 and up both in schools in Spain and privately. I have taught Spanish more recently in the UK privately for students between the ages of 20-30.

Rose tutored me in Spanish and is a very competent and patient teacher. I was a beginner to the language and I found her lessons were comprehensive and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Rose as a tutor.
Rose has been a really great Spanish tutor. The resources she developed to assist her teaching were engaging and really helped us to learn. I am a beginner so she started from the basics (colours, numbers etc) then moved on to forming sentences to help us learn and gain confidence quickly. She's extremely adaptable and willing to help in any way she can. She also has a First Class Degree in Spanish and experience living in Spain so is very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better teacher!
