About Max
I am a UCL History Graduate. In my degree I achieved first class honours, whilist I also gained 3 A-grade A-Levels in History, Geography and Religious Studies. As such, I have focused on the humanities and written communication in my studies, and I hope to support students with similar subjects. I have developed an expertise in writing, and will focus on the style and technique of my pupils, giving them the skillset to flourish academically. This will be supplemented by a thorough dissection of their course syllabus to esunure success in exams, but also to give them long-term writing skills that they can take forward into their degree or carees.
I have experience tutoring with the charity, The Literacy Pirates, a London based charity which gives one to one tuition to schoolchildren from disadvantaged parts of East London that are falling behind at school. Moreover, I have younger brothers (10 and 12) who I support with homework and their current homeschooling.
