About Issa
I have been giving private tuition lessons for a number of subjects and disciplines over the years including Maths, Economics, English as a foreign language and have helped tutor for the 11+. I also received 11+ tuition from Susan Daughtrey which has given me first-hand experience of what a first-class tutor can be.

I give lessons to kids working towards their 11+ (Year 5 Onwards) as well as young adults looking to score highly in their A-levels. My teaching method requires my students to engage critically with the material we work through together as this is the best way to learn. This may require work being issued before the session so the student can work independently before receiving guidance from me. Each lesson has a desired learning objective so that we can reflect on the progress being made over the course.

Issa and I met at school and he tutored me for A-level economics, which I was pleased to achieve an A* in thanks to his tutorship. His style of teaching is great as he pushes you to challenge yourself but also guides you in the right direction. He is also great at understanding what examiners are looking for when it comes to exam technique. I would recommend him as a tutor for anybody looking for help with Maths and Economics!
