About Isabelle
Bilingual in Italian and French and a first-year Master's student in psychology, I am a serious, patient, dynamic, and attentive person. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in a simple, progressive, and supportive way, adapting to each student's pace, level, and goals. Having personally experienced learning and using several languages, I understand the difficulties one can encounter and the importance of feeling confident to progress. My aim is therefore to create a pleasant, non-judgmental environment where one can learn, ask questions, and practice Italian freely. I can work with beginners as well as those wishing to improve their level, work on their speaking or writing skills, enrich their vocabulary, or simply gain fluency in conversation.

My lessons are tailored primarily to each student's level, needs, and goals. I favor a progressive, practical, and interactive approach, working on both oral comprehension and expression, as well as written skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. A lesson may alternate between conversation, exercises, reading texts, listening comprehension, and grammar points, depending on the difficulties encountered. I also like to incorporate elements of Italian culture to make learning more engaging. As a bilingual Italian-French speaker and a first-year Master's student in psychology, I am attentive to each student's pace and strive to create a supportive environment where students can progress without fear of making mistakes. My lessons are suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior knowledge, from middle school and high school students to university students and adults who wish to learn, improve, or practice their Italian.
