About Harsh
I want to build a career for myself in music and the only way for me to do that is to throw myself out there and help others realise their love for music. My life is centred around music, so I wanna share that.
Long term - Looking to do a PhD and become a lecturer
I have experience playing Piano, Saxophone and Trombone. I specialise in Composition above all but my performance specialist is Piano. I have played in a handful of Orchestras and Concert bands and currently lead a Classical Ensemble, Saxophone quartet and Jazz band.

I like to approach Analysis with listening samples and work with sheet music examples. I like to integrate this analytical approach with my teaching of Composition and Music History elements of the course. This is as I think it is important to always consider other ideas and other things when approaching one specific field of study. My lessons range from half an hour to an hour but other lengths can be agreed upon discussion. I have taught various aspects of music at different levels including GCSE and A-Level, but am happy to help anyone wanting to develop a better musical ear with things like theory and composition as well.
