About Vladimir
Hi, I'm Vladimir. I'm based in Sydney and I offer fitness routine and nutrition-habits sessions in a professional, structured way—online or in person.
I'm not a certified personal trainer or dietitian, and I'm transparent about that. What I do bring is years of serious training experience, a strong focus on discipline and consistency, and an ability to build simple plans that people actually follow. I'm also from a luxury hospitality background, where professionalism, attention to detail, and adapting to different people is part of the job every day.
My approach is practical and motivating: we create a routine that fits your schedule, set clear weekly goals, and build better eating habits without extreme rules.
