About Tom
I am new to tutoring, but have been an assistant coach at my local cricket club, Cokenach, for 4 years. Having played rugby to a high level, and having been coached by several professional fitness and strength coaches over the years, I feel that I will be able to tutor anyone with enormous success, whilst also making it thoroughly enjoyable for my clients.

I have been coached for three years by a professional Strength and Conditioning Coach, and have been involved in fitness/gym/rugby/cricket for over 6 years. I am happy to coach anyone as fitness is one of my great passions and will adapt sessions to suit the client. I can give online lessons or meet at a location to run through sessions and perform them with the client. When the client is confident enough to finish lessons, I am happy to devise a programme for the client free of charge to aid future progress.
