My fitness teaching approach is a philosophy that fitness is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to suit the individual's fitness level, health condition, and personal goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, strength training, mobility, endurance, or general wellness.
Classes last 45–60 minutes and include warm-up, core exercises, and cool-down. I teach online or in-person (Lagos) and work with all fitness levels — from teens to seniors
