About Myles
Whether it be playing myself, coaching or watching - sport has been part of my life. I have over eight years of experience within education, as either a PE Teacher, TA or Sports Coach. During this time, I have managed to build a dynamic, engaging and flexible teaching style.
Sport is for everyone and should be enjoyed by everyone. I aim, through the pedagogy I have honed, provide you with an engaging and progressive coaching plan to best help you hit your fitness goals.
