About Nicholas
I am a kinesiologist with a diverse fitness background. I played pretty much every sport imaginable when I was younger (even the ones some don't consider sports, e.g. marching drum line). I spent 7 years as a full-time student of both kinesiology and philosophy, developing my own unique method of motivating others towards their fitness goals. I have worked with children just beginning their fitness path all the way to older adults who are trying to regain their health and independence in their twilight. I can guarantee that whatever your fitness goal is, I can help you achieve it.

I individualize my lessons based on the wants, needs, and goals of each person with whom I work. If you want a personal trainer, I will put on my personal trainer hat; if you just need extra inspiration in tailoring your own fitness regimen, I wear that hat. If I can't personally help you achieve your goal, I can put you into contact with someone who can. Whatever you need, I can provide! Nick is by far my favorite instructor. I’ve had several personal trainers in the past but Nick is, without doubt, the most energetic and motivating instructor.
