About Angelos
Studied my bachelor in Greece and my masters in Sweden. I have worked for many years as a sports medicine specialist, mostly on rehabilitation and fitness level improvement. Moreover I have been Director and Principal of Upper secondary education in Sweden and Greece. Finally, I was a member of the Greek national team on athletics on 100m and long jump.

Currently working at the Olympic stadium of Athens training athletes such as Maria Sakari (Tennis player), Tristan Vukcevic (basketball player) & other elite athlets on performance optimization. Moreover people joining the gym either to improve their fitness level or to be more functional.
We are going to work with different ways in order to improve in terms of your needs and reach your full potential. Since every customer has their own needs and ways to train in order to succeed.
